Challenge
Traditionally Eurofins had relied on internal resource to generate qualified sales appointments. A need for a more cost effective way to generate sales appointments was identified and a timely cold call helped the company choose Fast Track Solutions as a partner. We were commissioned to produce a constant flow of qualified sales appointments with buyers.
Solution
Using data sourced from a carefully selected third-party, Fast Track Solutions designed and tested a canvassing approach.
Both face-to-face and phone appointments were made with companies who frequently require water testing.
Results
- £46 per £ invested –telemarketing costs just 2% of revenue realised so far
- 66 qualified sales appointments with companies including Veolia Water and Royal & Sun Alliance Engineering.
